الوصف الوظيفي

  • Develop and implement an in house training strategy
  • Create and continuously update training material
  • Prepare and maintain an active training schedule for new and current employees
  • Collaborate with all sales and leasing staff to identify their issues and assist them to overcome it
  • Conduct evaluation for every training session and provide feedback to the management line with suggestion for improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and demands of the real estate industry to maximize the effectiveness of the training programs
  • Conduct training for the new joiners and act as their mentor / coach by providing them all the support, information or material they need to succeed in their mission

المهارات

  • Proven experience as a training manager in the real estate industry is a must
  • Proven experience in sales
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bilingual or trilingual (Must be perfect English in writing, speaking and reading) to properly convey the information
  • Ability to engage people in different courses and create an interactive atmosphere
  • Result oriented and self motivated
