الوصف الوظيفي
- Develop and implement an in house training strategy
- Create and continuously update training material
- Prepare and maintain an active training schedule for new and current employees
- Collaborate with all sales and leasing staff to identify their issues and assist them to overcome it
- Conduct evaluation for every training session and provide feedback to the management line with suggestion for improvements
- Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and demands of the real estate industry to maximize the effectiveness of the training programs
- Conduct training for the new joiners and act as their mentor / coach by providing them all the support, information or material they need to succeed in their mission
المهارات
- Proven experience as a training manager in the real estate industry is a must
- Proven experience in sales
- Excellent communication skills
- Bilingual or trilingual (Must be perfect English in writing, speaking and reading) to properly convey the information
- Ability to engage people in different courses and create an interactive atmosphere
- Result oriented and self motivated
