 Requirements- Showcase a proven track record of successfully scaling a startup / mid-sized tech company, demonstrating your ability to drive growth and innovation.
 - Previous experience in Software Design Solutions or a similar technology company, showcasing your deep understanding of the industry.
 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM software (Salesforce or similar), Project management software (Asana or similar), and financial management software (QuickBooks or similar).
 - Display a commercially minded mindset, possibly with experience as a former director of commerce or head of marketing, adding a strategic perspective to your leadership.
 - Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills that inspire and motivate your team.
 - Leverage your strong network and connections within the technology industry to drive collaborations and partnerships.
 - Showcase your knowledge of industry trends and emerging market opportunities, positioning our organization at the forefront of innovation.
