AE7 Amman is currently seeking an IT engineer to join our team in Amman, Jordan. The successful candidate will be fully responsible for office technical support (end-user hardware and software issues)
** Essential Duties & Responsibilities:- Providing routine, technical support and maintenance for desktops, laptops, peripherals, telecom, and network systems including hardware, application software, operating systems, routers, switches, etc..)
– Troubleshooting hardware and software issues and document resolution and support as needed in addition to installing, configuring, and updating end-user desktop and laptop software with support as needed.
– Ensure that the Service Desk and or end user is provided with regular progress updates until resolution is confirmed.
** Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in information technology- Minimum 6 years of experience in operating system support, end-user device troubleshooting & Support -Experience with a recognized ITSM tool like ManageEngine, ServiceDesk.-Experience with various AV technologies.-Microsoft certification / other IT certifications will be an added advantage
