We are looking to hire Self Motivated, Highly Ambitious, and Result Oriented Tele sales Specialist (Multi language speaker) to be joining our team in Dubai.

*Candidates who has a proven track record of tele sales would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Researching Database Online and Search Engine
• Generating leads by calling on lists.
• Calling existing and potential customers.
• Set up Appointments for viewing with prospective clients
• Entertaining customer’s inquiries accordingly.
• Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.
• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Initiate Email campaigns
• Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
• Maintain timely Follow-up’s with prospective clients.
• Maintain professional relationship with existing clients to cross sell and keep the clients updated
• Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
• Understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis
• Attend campaign briefings
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our client’s services and the objectives of specific campaigns

Telesales Specialist Need to have the following attributes to be effective on the job:

• Outbound with UAE cold calling experience
• Expert in Leads Generation
• Experienced in Appointment setting
• Expertise in sourcing online database
• Sales driven person and goal oriented
• Excellent communication skills and strong telephone mannerisms
• Proven track record in a sales environment
• Ability to write detailed follow up notes for business reporting
• Mature attitude with a capability to discuss business issues
• Friendly personality and team player
• Strong sales and negotiation communication skills.
• Around 1 to 2 years of Telesales or sales experience in UAE.
• Fluent in English (other languages Urdu, Hindi and Arabic).
• UAE driving license
