1. Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
2. Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify areas for improvement
3. Conduct quality audits of products, services, or processes to identify defects and non-conformance
4. Work with other departments to develop and implement corrective action plans to address quality issues
5. Develop and maintain quality control documentation, such as quality manuals and procedures
6. Provide training and support to employees to ensure compliance with quality standards
7. Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards and requirements
8. Investigate customer complaints related to quality issues and implement corrective actions
9. Participate in the design and development of new products, services, or processes to ensure quality requirements are met
10. Should be aware about Lean Six Sigma Practices
11. Maintain records and prepare reports on quality-related metrics
