iPay Venture Builder is a Dubai based forward looking and dynamic project management. The organization established in 2017 as the Innovation arm and corporate venture builder of the Inteltec Group. Leveraging on its Telecoms expertise and heritage, iPay Venture Builder leads the development of Smart Telecom VAS, Fintech, RetailTech, eCommerce and other Digital Innovation projects across the MENA region. Also, as a business accelerator for both new business startups and distribution partnerships with international telecom service providers we drive the incubation, launch and operational execution of ventures across GCC and Africa.

The role of a Senior Technical Product Manager is to focus on integration with our in-house fintech product and our customer platforms. You will be supported by an engaged leadership team, Engineering, and Product Team. You hold substantial experience and outstanding intuition to drive the formulation and execution of the API & Integrations roadmap for our fintech product This position will report to our Head of Products but partner with stakeholders across the organization to define our product development strategy for API & Integration-related functionality. You will engage with clients and prospects to understand their needs, identify creative technology solutions, own prioritization, and partner with the Engineering team to ensure the delivery of high-quality enhancements on time, in accordance with our roadmap.

Responsibilities:

· Drive key prioritization decisions and take ownership of the product vision as it relates to third-party integrations, our client-facing API, and connectivity-related enhancements across our product suite.

· Align our API & Integrations strategy with our segment-specific product roadmaps and iPay broader strategic objectives.

· Develop a deep understanding of client use cases to identify creative, thoughtful solutions.

· Work closely with a best-in-class Engineering team to deliver high-quality product features in a timely and efficient manner.

· Become an expert in our API & Integrations functionality, with total knowledge of the ‘what, why, and how.’

· Use your expertise to articulate our product vision and support adoption of new features as they are deployed.

Required Skills:

· Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science.

· At least 10 years of professional product management or related technology experience, with a focus in third-party integrations specifically in payments and shipping and logistics companies, data connectivity, and/or enterprise API management.

· Strong technical background in the API space, with strong related coding experience

· Experience with financial data sets and settlements

· Experience crafting business requirements, scoping documents, and technical specifications.

· Great communication skills and an ability to tailor your messaging to engage various stakeholders.

· An ability to effectively engage with clients and professionals to distill stakeholder needs and incorporate end-user feedback.

· An ability to efficiently prioritize, triage, and synthesize multiple perspectives.

· Experience of working in finance and / or payments is required.

· Familiarity with API tools such as Postman, Insomnia, SoapUI or similar application

· Align our API & Integrations strategy with our segment-specific product roadmaps.

· Strong working knowledge of relevant flowchart applications such as Visio.

· Strong knowledge of relevant mockup applications.

· High proficiency in technical writing.
