ORGANIZATION CONTEXT AND THE ROLE
WFP is looking for qualified professionals that can formulate strategies for the planning and implementation of Talent Assessments in Talent Acquisition processes. The Recruitment Assessment Consultant will play a crucial role in ensuring the World Food Programme is able to attract, select, and retain the best talent. The role will explore new methods and innovative approaches to evaluate technical, leadership and soft skills that meet WFP's talent acquisition needs, while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (not all-inclusive)
- Develop, validate, and implement the assessment strategy based on the technical, behavioral, and leadership competencies required at different levels and positions within the organization
- Create processes and methodologies for the implementation of Behavioral assessments in the organization
- Collaborate with technical experts to identify the critical functional competencies required for different roles and levels within the organization.
- Provide expertise in the identification of recruitment assessment tools for various assessment methods, including behavioral, psychometric, case studies, problem-solving, competence-based, leadership, and technical skill assessments for different job functions.
- Introduce, develop, and nurture relationships with External Assessment Vendors
- Enhance candidate experience by bringing innovative assessment methods e.g., gamification, role play, etc.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the assessment strategy, including the accuracy of the assessments, the quality of the candidate experience, and the impact on the hiring process.
- Prepare communications and learning materials on the latest assessment methodologies and train staff to ensure smooth implementation.
- Coach hiring functions on how to conduct fair and unbiased assessments of applicants
- Analyze and prepare insight reports using assessment results and data to improve the overall assessment process
QUALIFICATIONS & KEY REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Advanced University Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or any other field or bachelor's degree with additional years of experience.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the development and execution of Talent Assessment strategies in recruitment processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of fair and unbiased assessment practices.
Language:
- Fluency (level C) in the English language.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The selected candidate will be offered an initial contract for 6 months.
We offer an attractive monthly honorarium, medical insurance and 10 national holidays per calendar year.
