Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Group Executive Chairman. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in managing the Chairman's daily work routine and ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information with discretion will be key to your success in this role.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

Executive Support to the Group Executive Chairman

• Work directly with the Chairman to support all aspects of his daily work routine.

  • Managing a busy professional and personal calendar, assisting the chairman in preparation for meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, plan logistics, and submit expense reports as required.
  • Supporting the chairman in his portfolio on personal/ad hoc requirements as needed and as required and advising on time-sensitive and priority issues.
  • Manages the chairman’s email and ensures all tasks handed over are within their deadline.
  • Performing due diligence on company/people as required
  • Maintain confidentiality on highly sensitive information.
  • Attend meetings and take notes of discussions; prepare the initial draft of minutes and summaries.

Communication, Administrative Tasks:

  • Preparing reports, memos, letters, presentations, other documents, and correspondence accurately and swiftly.
  • Answering and screening telephone calls, and responding to emails, messages, and other correspondence.
  • Support the Executive Committee as and when needed.
  • Provide general administrative support.

المهارات

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in an executive assistant support role.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
  • Strong time-management skills, detail-oriented, and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, be goal-oriented, and organize a daily workload by priorities.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
  • Brilliant written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and an aptitude for learning new software and systems.
  • Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges.
