Construction Management Engineer

Qualifications

· University degree in architecture, civil or construction engineering.

· Minimum 15 years of experience in large-scale building design projects including public construction.

· Experience in coordination of all aspects during design and tendering in the public and private sectors.

· Experience in educational construction requirements.

· Experience in monitoring of project budget and time schedule.

· Experience in contractual procedures and compliance.

· Knowledge of local and international standards, specifications, codes, regulations and best practice on construction projects is preferred.

· Knowledge of work plans and technical reports.

· Experience in operations and facility management plans is preferred.

· Knowledge of occupational health and safety is preferred.

· PMP certified is preferred.

· Fluent in Arabic and English.

· Excellent computer skills.
