Experience:
Minimum 6 months of experience in Real estate industry.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field. Master’s is a plus.
Job Location:
Silver Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To be able to work on re-sale (lease/rent) as well as off-plan properties.
- Maintain and update listings of available properties.
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of property laws & policies.

- Business Development.
- Target driven.
- Team player.
- Dubai real estate knowledge is plus.
- Proficiency in English is must. Arabic or other language is a plus.
- Negotiation & convincing skills.
- Strong communication skills – including both verbal & written.
- Relationship-building.
