Job description
We are hiring a ( Telesales Team Leader) with the following qualifications:
Education:
University degree, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, any related field
Expertise:
1-4 experience in the same or similar field

English and Arabic is required
Job Description
• Direct, lead and manage Call Center – Ulead agents in achieving sales targets and increase sales volume in the designated segments.
• Provide guidance, instruction, coaching and performance feedback to team members.
• Train agents on the sales cycle, products, and services regularly, when needed and once new product or service added to the team’s target.
• Track and report the team KPI’s on daily basis.
• Monitor the target achievements on daily basis.
• Enhance and automate the Ulead work cycle.
• Fix all bugs and errors by reporting to Product/Tech Team.
• Keep track on the sold subscriptions and minimize churn rate by escalating delayed cases.
• Prepare monthly sales achievement reports.
• Use CRM system to raise the customer satisfaction and retention rate as well as minimizing the churn rate.
• Support in the design of new commission schemes when needed.
• Plan and organize the work of team members.
• Provide needed development for agents (coordinate with his/her direct management and HR)
• Assure that all his/her agents are following policies and procedures and highlight any violation for the code of conduct.
• Retain talents and recommend actions with low performers.
