Social Media Assistant Manager to oversee the social media channels for both retail and residential assets.You will be responsible for creating and executing social media campaigns that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads for their properties.

Develop and execute social media strategies across all relevant platforms Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.Work closely with the creative team to ensure all content is visually appealing and meets branding guidelines.Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performanceManage agency partners across owned, earned, and paid media channels
Profile
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.Experience in social media management with a focus on residential leasing and retail assets.Experience in managing agency partners.Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
