Lapping Machine Operator / Assembly assistant

• Must understand the procedure of LAPPING of different types of seals faces and different MOC of mechanical seal faces.
• Should be conversant with API standard for lapping of seal faces
• Should be aware of usage of LIGHT Band Machine for lapping
• Register and Record the preventive maintenance schedule of lapping machine
• Prepare the report for records of Lapping Faces and Light Bands.
• To able to operate lathe machine / Grinding Machine / Milling Machine / Drilling Machine / Slotting Machine
• Should help and support the Assembly of mechanical seals and testing of mechanical seals.
• To maintain tidiness and cleanliness of the machine and work area.
• To perform routine maintenance of the machines.
• To perform other QC Inspection or other general duties as assigned by the Superior.
