الوصف الوظيفي

• Prepare technical drawings and artistic designs for interior projects based on the guidance of interior designers or architects.
• Creating 2D and 3D models.
• Execute the executive and detailed drawings for interior designs, including residential villas, commercial / residential buildings & Restaurants, cafes, and Hotels.
• Utilize specialized computer software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and 3ds Max, Photoshop, V-Ray and Lumion/ Corona to create drawings and 3D models.
• Collaborate with the interior design team, architects, and contractors to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Review engineering plans and ensure compatibility with interior design and technical standards.
• Update and modify existing drawings based on changes and required revisions.
• Prepare material lists and technical specifications for interior projects.
• Communicate and coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure accurate execution according to approved designs.

المهارات

• Proficiency in using engineering design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and 3ds Max, Photoshop, V-Ray and Lumion/ Corona.
• Knowledge of Detailed drawings for submission.
• Experience in creating Mood boards and shop drawings.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Excellent portfolio of previous works.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with team members.
• BS degree in Interior Design or similar field.
• Minimum experience of 2 years in decorating interior spaces.
