Our client is a global consulting business and in look out for a Director- deal advisory.
- Someone who have strong deal advisory experience (i.e. valuation and/or Due Diligence and/or M&A and/or Corporate Finance and/or feasibility studies and/or debt advisory)
- Any sector experience considered – although Good experience in FS sector/banking would be a big plus.
- Open to considering locally-based and international candidates who are willing to relocate
المهارات
- MBA and / or Chartered Accountant(CA/CPA/ACCA)
- CFA preferred
- 12-15 years experience in Deals/ Corporate Finance with at least the last 5 – 6 years working in a similar capacity in an audit/investment advisory firm.
- An empowered Director with at least 2 years of experience in delivering engagements independently
