We're on the hunt for an exceptional financial leader in the MENA construction sector to assist us in creating the perfect reporting solution for construction CFOs. Picture developing innovative systems that truly support you and your CEO in your work.

About the product
We're currently validating our product's value proposition for construction teams, so we're eager to learn as much as possible about reporting processes in construction companies. This includes data sources, types of data, decision-making flow, and the established visual formats that CFOs and project controls use to stay informed about on-site developments.
As a member of the advisory board, you'll have a significant influence on our product's core features. Our ultimate goal is to help construction teams focus on what they do best — building. We'll take care of the paperwork and reporting.
What you'll be doing, 2 hours a week
- Collaborate with the Product Team to define the requirements and needs of construction CFOs, as well as time-consuming tasks.
- Guide the product team through the financial aspects of contractors' and developers' businesses.
- Brainstorm ongoing ideas with the team, validate your expertise, and identify areas for growth.
Conditions
- 2 one-hour slots per week for us (Zoom/Meet/Teams calls) to go through our questions
- Evening Dubai time
- 1-3 months contract

What you'll need
- At least 5 years of experience in finance or accounting in the MENA construction industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in a part-time CFO or consulting role is preferred.
