Summary

The Commercial Team Leader is responsible for maximizing sales through effective analysis and creating a strong image in the stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that the floor layout is merchandised in line with the Brand guidelines and follow its Commercial and visual Strategy to adopt and implement in the region.
  • Keep up to date on the latest fashion trends, as well as plan and organize workshops to improve sales and image within the region.
  • Work with the team to create a strong image following trends, customer needs and in line with the commercial strategy by sharing pictures of visual and commercial actions on a regular basis.
  • Ensure lighting, furniture, fixtures and windows are up to standards and propose changes when necessary, as well as manage in-store props and internal mannequins in order to maintain high standards of image meeting customer profile.
  • Analyze daily/weekly information and react to it accordingly, as well as plan commercial calendars by season and follow up.
  • Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate his/her team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company.
  • Support the management team with all procedures related to in-store products (ex. RFID).
  • Develop the area annual and seasonal budget sales monitor compliance with sales and implement action plans accordingly.
  • Communicate and work closely with the international and supplier’s Product department on daily basis, as well as with the Country Merchandisers and Heads of Departments; build a strong relationship and involve Operations and HR departments and participate in the monthly focus meetings.
  • Monitor Stock levels on area level, product rotation, identifying slow sellers/ best sellers and collections as well propose commercial activities ensuring profitability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • 3-6 years of experience in Fashion Retail or similar field
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in MS Officer
