We are looking for an administrative Assitant in Al Ain or ready to relocate to Al Ain.
This is a full-time job.
As an Administrative Assistant in a local fashion company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our boutique.
This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a fashion or boutique management background.
You will work closely with the boutique manager and other team members to ensure smooth administrative processes and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Maintained the boutique's inventory by monitoring stock levels, processing orders, and coordinating with suppliers.
- Assist with visual merchandising by ensuring the boutique's displays are appealing, well-organized, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Manage appointment scheduling for customers, stylists, and fashion consultations.
- Provide support during events and fashion shows, including setup, coordination, and customer assistance.
- Assist with customer inquiries and product information and promptly resolve complaints or issues.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, transactions, and daily activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate social media campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Assist in managing online sales platforms, updating product listings, and processing online orders.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist the boutique manager with various ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role, preferably in the fashion or boutique industry.
- Knowledge and passion for fashion trends, styles, and brands.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The customer-focused mindset with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online sales platforms.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and occasional evenings as per business requirements.
