We are looking for an administrative Assitant in Al Ain or ready to relocate to Al Ain.

This is a full-time job.

As an Administrative Assistant in a local fashion company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our boutique.

This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a fashion or boutique management background.

You will work closely with the boutique manager and other team members to ensure smooth administrative processes and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform general administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  2. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  3. Maintained the boutique's inventory by monitoring stock levels, processing orders, and coordinating with suppliers.
  4. Assist with visual merchandising by ensuring the boutique's displays are appealing, well-organized, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  5. Manage appointment scheduling for customers, stylists, and fashion consultations.
  6. Provide support during events and fashion shows, including setup, coordination, and customer assistance.
  7. Assist with customer inquiries and product information and promptly resolve complaints or issues.
  8. Maintain accurate records of sales, transactions, and daily activities.
  9. Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate social media campaigns, promotions, and events.
  10. Assist in managing online sales platforms, updating product listings, and processing online orders.
  11. Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
  12. Assist the boutique manager with various ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role, preferably in the fashion or boutique industry.
  2. Knowledge and passion for fashion trends, styles, and brands.
  3. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  5. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  6. The customer-focused mindset with a friendly and professional demeanour.
  7. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
  8. Familiarity with social media platforms and online sales platforms.
  9. Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and occasional evenings as per business requirements.
