Jordan Paramedic Society is looking to hire Training Coordinator & Admin Assistant
Requirements:
* excellent communication and presentation skills.
*excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* energetic and self motivated.
*highly organized and ability to work under pressure.
* time management.
Main Responsibilities:
Preparing Price Offers.
Preparing training contracts and printing certificates.
Develop training aids such as manuals and handbooks.
Handle logistics for training activities including venues and equipment.
Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Preparing and conducting meetings( online and onsite meetings)
Sales.
Preparing official books to different parties.
