The role
As a Sales Team Leader (Dubai) you will be the main driving source of expanding our Business in Dubai. You should have hands-on experience in business Sales, strong route to FX Trading market knowledge and skills, experience in managing team and full P&L responsibility.
Responsibilities
• Overseeing daily business operations.
• Developing and implementing growth strategies.
• Hiring employees.
• Evaluating performance and productivity.
• Lead the Whole team to reach the targeted revenue.
• Achieve the performance targets set by the company.
• Assist in training sales personnel develop their sales skills.
• Supervise sales to complete monthly performance appraisal.
• Developing goals for the team and business growth and ensuring they are met
المهارات
Requirements
• At least 3 years of managerial experience working in a financial brokerage environment.
• A minimum of Bachelor’s degree or above;
• Past records of managing or leading a team;
• A hunter & entrepreneur mindset with the ability to grow business sales;
• A positive, can-do attitude, with strong attention to detail;
• Strong experience in managing & leading a team effectively to achieve target performance (KPI);
• The drive to work in a fast-paced and dynamic tech company;
• The ability to communicate well. Preferably in different languages besides English to connect with potential leads in different countries.
Role Expectation: Commence with a one-year contract and subject to renewable or conversion, depending on the performance. 3 months’ probation measurable by performance.
