Recruitment Officer (Immediate Joiners Only)

The digital ecosystem comprises of a number of unique digital solutions/utilities that enhance the lifestyle of its users and enable them to tap into web 3.0, NFT and blockchain-based projects.

Job Responsibilities

Manage recruitment and staffing, including identifying staffing needs, developing job descriptions, and conducting interviews and hiring processes
Screen application forms and shortlists applicants
Maintain ongoing liaison with the candidate through all mobilization matters, including visas, medical checkups, carrying out reference checks, etc.
Arrange formal meetings, interviews, videos call, and/or computer-based connections
Ensure files on new employees are maintained and kept up to date with relevant documentation
Maintain all pertinent applicants and interview data in the system
Provide general administrative support
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and reports.

المهارات

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or relevant field
Minimum of 2 years experience in Recruitment in the UAE Market
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication skills
Experience with HRIS and other HR-related software systems
Keen interest in Crypto, Blockchain, NFTs, and Metaverse
