Human Resources Assistant
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly organized individual in a supporting role to the HR department. This role would best suit an entry-level candidate looking to gain experience as an HR assistant.

Independently and proactively completing tasks. Excellent organization, communication, and IT skills, accuracy, and attention to detail are essential requirements. In addition, the nature of this role requires a tactful and confidential approach.
Responsibilities:
-Compiles and analyzes data and makes recommendations on policy formulation, procedures, and organizational changes; conducts surveys and performs research and statistical analysis on administrative or operational problems.
-Prepare and review job descriptions and organizational structures.
-Monitoring our employees' performance and developing KPIs.
-Organize, compile, and update company personnel records and documentation.
-Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacations, and days off.
-Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities.
-Generate and develop SOPS for each department’s operations.
-Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics.
-Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms.
-Participate in the company’s HR projects.
-Develop training and development programs.
-Assist recruiters in posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes.
-Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements and skills:
• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant field,
• 0-1 year of experience as an HR Administrator or relevant role,
• Business writing and reporting skills,
• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects,
• Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Outlook, Word, and Excel),
• Act as a reliable and supportive team member,
• It is preferable to have experience with HR software and be familiar with labor laws.
