Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Cloud Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions to enable cloud development. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud technologies and software development processes, as well as experience in business analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and document them in a clear and concise manner.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions for cloud development.
- Work closely with developers and other technical staff to ensure that technical solutions align with business requirements.
- Conduct research to identify best practices and industry standards for cloud development and incorporate them into technical solutions.
- Stay up to date with the latest cloud technologies, industry trends, and best practices, and apply them to business problems.
- Analyse and document business processes and workflows.
- Develop and maintain project plans and schedules.
- Provide status updates to stakeholders and escalate issues as needed.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documentation.
- Provide support and training to end-users and technical staff on cloud technologies.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis and cloud technologies.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and others.
- Knowledge of industry trends, standards, and best practices related to cloud computing and cloud-based solutions.
- Understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and operations teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyse complex problems and identify solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong data analysis skills, including data modeling, data visualization, and data management.
