Social Media Content & Community Manager (Remote)
Description:
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
● The Social Media Community Manager is in charge of managing and developing a brand’s online
community and will act as the brand’s spokesman and will communicate with end-users.
● The Social Media Community Manager may work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager on the
strategic planning of social media marketing campaigns.
● The Social Media Community Manager is the first point of contact within the social media community
and strives to engage and provide support to members of the community. The Social Media Community
Manager is required to monitor trends and topics mentioned by the community and has the ability to
anticipate potential problems that may negatively affect brand reputation.
● A Social Media Community Manager will also be responsible for brand building and working on the
content on the platform.
KNOWLEDGE
● BS/MS degree in Marketing or Social Media Management
● Strong proficiency in social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat,
WhatsApp)
● Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising content campaigns that
engage, inform and motivate
EXPERIENCE
● Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in B2C social media community management
● Preferred in a youth brand marketing
