Job description
We are looking for a smart, dynamic, target-driven sales representative to generate leads and drive sales. With experience in direct sales and social media marketing, Selling the company’s services to doctors, medical centers, and other relevant healthcare professionals.
The outside sales representative's responsibilities include submitting regular sales reports to management, informing potential and existing customers of services features and benefits, and resolving customer complaints. You should have excellent negotiation skills, and communication and customer service skills to continually meet or exceed sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving lead generation and promoting brand awareness through outdoor visits & digital channels.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers.
• Selling the company’s services to clients, especially doctors, medical centers, other relevant healthcare professionals and others.
• Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sales.
• Building and maintaining good business relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
• Negotiating and closing business deals that promote sustained revenue.
• Identifying new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities
• Researching competitor’s offers and services and their respective market performances.
• Conceptualize, produce and deliver high-quality, creative and visually engaging photographs and video content that supports the brand and the overall communication objectives.
• Work with our creative teammates.
• Collaborating with the marketing department to expand brand presence through the client’s needs.
• Sales activities include reaching and contract with other facilities to and establish industry partnerships to growth our business.
• Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.
• Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
• Give weekly sales and lead reports.
• Manage account balances to discover outstanding debts or other inconsistencies.
• Issue invoices and bills and send them to customers.
• Receive and collect payments through various methods (cash, cheques, online payments etc.)
• Send reminders for payments and contact customers when assigned.
• Researching competitors' services and pricing as well as market conditions.
• Keeping abreast of the latest industry developments by attending meetings, training workshops, and industry events.
• Strategically negotiating with potential and existing customers to close sales.
• The marketing mind; the thinker, the marketing strategist. the ones that pool all their creative resources into giving life to elaborate plans and tactics that can reach the desired goals.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or any related field.
• Proven outside sales experience.
• Basic knowledge of social media marketing.
• Basic knowledge of video production.
• Ability to demonstrate a passion for visual production, creative thinking and storytelling.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and Arabic communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Positive Attitude.
• Good organizational skills
• Own a car (80% outdoor)
