Position Title: IT Field Engineers
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 7.5K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus car fuel
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

They are one of leading technology solutions companies in UAE.
Job Description:
- Act as the customer liaison to Engineering, Sales, and Field Engineer teams.
- Escalate critical issues and roadblocks to the Service Delivery Manager.
- Be a part of the on-call rotation for the assigned product team.
- Installation, configuration and support for software and hardware, assemblies and connections at customers and partner’s site.
- Provide technical support (e-mail, phone calls, on-site support).
المهارات
Qualifications:
- Open to Asian natioanals
- Male, 35 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any related field
- Must have 6 years of experience in a technical support role. Home country experience is accepted but must have a UAE experience.
- Certifications are preferred, but not required.
- Must have working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software, hardware, and applications.
- Must be flexible to work in Al Ain and Abu Dhabi
- Must have a valid UAE driver’s license
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
