Talent Acquisition Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer management, for high volume, mass hiring initiatives.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to attract and identify qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to determine their suitability for the role and the company.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management.
  • Develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure that recruitment needs are met within agreed-upon timelines and budgets.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the recruitment process and increase the quality of hire.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on high-volume, mass hiring initiatives.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering on recruitment targets within tight timelines and budgets.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
