Position Title: Store Manager

Employment Type: Full time

Salary: up to 30K AED depending on experience and qualifications

Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Client:

A prominent group based in Abu Dhabi, with international collaboration and successful track records in the areas of F&B, Retail and Entertainment.

Job Description:

Responsible for overall store management.
Develop business strategies to raise customer pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staffs.
Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.
Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc) through liaising with HR.

Qualifications:

Female, 35 years old and below
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
At least 5 years’ experience in handling a store – luxury/top international brands
Must have proven successful experience as Retail Store Manager
