الوصف الوظيفي
• Design, develop, and test mechanical systems, products, and quality control.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for all products and systems.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are delivered on time and within budget.
• Review and comment on Contractor’s testing and commissioning results and reports, and advise Project Manager accordingly.
• Undertake general project site observation/inspection of the mechanical services works for the contractor’s adherence to the approved shop drawings and the consultant’s specification, good working practices, the construction schedule, and health & safety.
• Witness on-site piped system pressure test, air conditioning duct leakage testing, and any other tests that may be required during the first implementation work and advise the Project Manager accordingly.
• Work with vendors and suppliers to source and evaluate new materials and components.
المهارات
• 7 to 15 years of experience in mechanical engineering, here in UAE.
• Arabic Speaker
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Excellent knowledge of Plumbing, Drainage, HVAC, and Fire Fighting Design Expert.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, HAP cooling Load software, and AASHTOWare software
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as DDA, Tarakhees, Nakheel, Dubai Municipality, Dubai Civil Defense.
• Society of Engineers ( SOE-UAE) valid member
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
