Parts Sales Representative | Al Futtaim Automotive | FAMCO
Overview of the role:
Responsible for selling Spare Parts and Accessories to wholesale Parts customers.
What you will do:
- Managing and achieving Parts sales target according to plan & Developing Parts sales volumes in his designated area.
- Actual financial report
- Receive customer enquiries. Assist wholesale account customers in selecting required Parts or Accessories in friendly, professional and efficient manner. Advise the customers on benefits of using genuine Parts
- Parts Operations Management
- Ensure that the quotations, sales orders and application of customer discounts or special prices are performed as per the standard operating procedures.
- Punctuality
- Follow-up on Parts back-orders so that customers receive timely information on the status of back-ordered Parts and ensure that such parts are delivered to the customer on the promised date.
- Timely Reporting
- Warehouse Management & Operations, need to check the consignment accuracy with all the related document before shipment. As Per Process & Compliance Per Al Futtaim Values
- Ensure customer complaint/s are addressed within the minimal time and customers are given the value for their spending.
- Repeated sales – increase in the sales
المهارات
Required Skills to be successful:
- Minimum 5 – 7 years’ work experience in automotive or equipment spare parts especially Heavy Commercial Vehicles, industrial products & Construction Equipment’s
- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office products. Ability and knowledge of the parts portion of the Dealership Management System and other computer applications to support operations
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel
- Relationship building: Needs to have the ability to build and maintain friendly, warm relationships with customers.
- Must have cross-cultural sensitivity
About the Team:
Reporting to the Parts Manager and working with the sales team plus internal and external stakeholders.
