الوصف الوظيفي
The Legal Officer oversees every aspect of the business's legal affairs which includes legal affair management, regulation compliance and coordinating legal-related business interactions.
Assists in company formation and process necessary documents to ensure compliance to Government are met.
Assists in any court related issues and analyze for proper defense and presentation to court.
المهارات
Full knowledge of Labor Laws and UAE Related Laws.
Full knowledge in handling company formation
Can speak arabic and russian language
2 years minimun experience in UAE
Holder of UAE Driver's License
