Business Process Consultant
Responsibilities and Skills
- Conducting a business study in an effort to identify business process improvement within different departments in the organization.
- Performing gap analysis to identify key process improvements.
- Capturing and tracing business issues in the current state of business processes.
- Recommending integration and improvement in the existing processes and redesigning process documentation (as appropriate), that would yield better results for clients.
- Assist with developing and delivering improvements in the process/policy documentation across business divisions within the organization.
- Ability to do business processes Improvement/Reengineering (BPI/BPR)
- Policy & Procedure Documentation.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and organizational excellence.
- Guide and mentor all teams to implement the changes.
- Ability to maintain confidential business and personal employee information
- Establishing Trust and Intimacy with the Client.
- Strong attention to details.
- Knowledge of business processes and improvement methods.
- Knowledge of business processes Reengineering.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
- Ability to gather data, compiles information, and prepares reports.
- Presentation skills.
