eMagine Solutions are currently working with one of the UAE's leading organisations who are scaling up their PMO (Project Management Office), as such we are looking for an Agile Evangelist who can drive the adoption and implementation of Agile best practice across all business line.
The company is undergoing a digital and data transformation and within the PMO the Agile Coach will be driving this change. Your engagement shall be at the CxO and senior management level and you will be handling a multi-million dollar budget.
We are looking for a SAFe agilist, with in depth knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and exposure to DevOps and Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI/ CD) practices

Acting as the Agile facilitator and coach your duties will include Project Delivery and Project Management. You will look at processes both in waterfall and agile and have a good strategic knowledge in both and be excellent in Programme Management, Business Transformation and Scrum and coaching. As there are several transformation programs on going operations management, change management and process development and process improvements is also needed to guide and lead strong stakeholders.
