We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to design and develop metal works, trailers, tippers, tanks, garbage trucks, and other specialized vehicles superstructures. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for creating designs, conducting research, and developing products that meet customer requirements and comply with industry standards.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.

· 3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on designing and developing metal works trailers, superstructures, tippers, tanks, garbage trucks, and other specialized vehicles.

· Proficiency in CAD software, such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.

· Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.

· Experience with simulation and analysis software, such as ANSYS or COMSOL.

Responsibilities:

· To Design and develop specialized superstructures, such as tippers, tanks, garbage trucks, …etc.

· Conduct research on new materials, technologies, and manufacturing processes to improve product performance and efficiency.

· Prepare technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.

· Use simulation and analysis software, such as ANSYS or COMSOL, to evaluate product performance and identify potential issues.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure that products meet customer requirements and comply with industry standards.

· Document design specifications, test results, and other relevant information

· Provide technical support to manufacturing and quality assurance teams during product development and production.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in mechanical engineering and manufacturing.
