°CRYO Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans in order to attract potential new customers and retain existing ones, as well promoting °CRYO.com brand and managing marketing campaigns supporting retail sales to meet the business objectives (B2C), and franchise operations. You will be working with specialized agencies, freelancers and influencers leading performance marketing, social marketing, advertising, public relations, marketing mix, visual merchandising, marketing promotions, activations and events.

Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement retail marketing plan, brand strategy and brand manual.
  • Manage regular content creation and pipeline, social & advertisement campaigns.
  • Manage social media calendar, content strategy, brand partnerships, and strive to maintain consistency across digital and non-digital channels; results analytics.
  • Develop in-depth understanding of all services and be able to visualise the brand to create content exceptional storytelling on social media and video campaigns.
  • Manage a performance marketing agency.
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players and agencies.
  • Setup retail promotional calendar and support location teams marketing efforts.
  • Boost the company’s public reputation and drive qualified traffic to °CRYO centers

المهارات

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication & copywriting skills in English; Arabic as an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of retail marketing, brand management experience and handling franchise would be an advatage especially in the Wellness industry.
  • Expertise in graphic design, MS Office, CRM system, communication & marketing channels management, including Google, Facebook, Instagram and others
  • Solid knowledge of marketing analytics tools, campaigns and budget management
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Brilliant written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, scheduling software and other office equipment.
