Job Responsibilities:
To provide end-to-end support with the existing clients by providing top-class support on a day-to-day basis. Account Managers are responsible for maintaining a good working relationships with the customers to continue the business growth for both them and the company.
To support the daily monitoring, processing, and listing of products across all of our Online Marketplace accounts like Amazon, Noon, First Cry, Mumzworld &, etc.
The position will also require a knowledge/experience in logistics. The person must know basic import/export experience to support on the movement of the shipments from Supplier to Warehouse (Import) and from Warehouse to Customers in GCC (Export).

Key Skills:
The person must have good and fast working experience in using MS Office (Excel mainly)
Strong analytical and strategic thinking & sales knowledge
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively converse with the clients
Ability to adapt from a slow to a fast-paced environment when needed.
