Inventory Control Manager

We are a leading retail and trading company in need of a Senior Inventory Control Manager to oversee our inventory management systems. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in retail inventory management, possess strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills, and preferably be CPIM certified.

Skills

• Oversee and manage the inventory control team
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Manage inventory levels and order replenishment to maintain optimal stock levels
• Perform periodic inventory analysis to identify and address inventory discrepancies
• Work with purchasing and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels and manage lead times
• Provide reports to management regarding inventory levels and performance metrics
• Implement and manage warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Create and maintain inventory databases, including tracking and forecasting inventory trends
• Provide support for audits and compliance reviews
• Develop and maintain inventory budgets

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail inventory management
• CPIM certification is preferred, but not mandatory
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Proficiency in SAP Business One and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent budgeting skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
