We are a leading retail and trading company in need of a Senior Inventory Control Manager to oversee our inventory management systems. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in retail inventory management, possess strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills, and preferably be CPIM certified.

Oversee and manage the inventory control team
Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Manage inventory levels and order replenishment to maintain optimal stock levels
Perform periodic inventory analysis to identify and address inventory discrepancies
Work with purchasing and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels and manage lead times
Provide reports to management regarding inventory levels and performance metrics
Implement and manage warehouse management systems (WMS)
Create and maintain inventory databases, including tracking and forecasting inventory trends
Provide support for audits and compliance reviews
Develop and maintain inventory budgets

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail inventory management
CPIM certification is preferred, but not mandatory
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
Proficiency in SAP Business One and Microsoft Excel
Excellent budgeting skills
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
