- Responsible for developing and maintaining a constantly updated and comprehensive database of attained and new partners/donors, detailing related profiling information, documentation, and any related activities.
- Monitors and tracks partners’/donors’ life cycles at the company to enable sufficient relationship management with them, including designing and delivery of key services and recognition plans in collaboration with the related teams.
- Plan and execute fundraising campaigns and activities
- Scouts and logs new potential partners in the dedicated database and assists in tracking their development.
- Continuously conducts research to identify potential partnerships locally and internationally through various channels as needed, with relevance to the company’s strategy and directions.
- Customize the company fundraising and partner packages, mapping them to partners’ needs as possible.
- Assists in concepts and proposals writing and research and supports mapping them to partners’ needs in relevance to company strategy, prepares budgets and financial reports, and creates and maintains financial reports
- Supports representing the company in events and activities as needed to ensure adequate showcasing of the programs and activities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, BIS or any related field
- Track record in database management, research, and data analysis
- 5-8 years of experience
- Proficient English language
