Position Title: Enumerators

Key Responsibilities/Job Requirement:

1. Attend all assigned activities, arriving on time.
2. Collect detailed, clear, and accurate data and other information provided during the interviews.
3. Attend all pre-training sessions and ensure full understanding of the project and requirement.
4. Ensure data is adequate in content, identifying key points and relevant information
5. Ensure data is legible and readable.
6. Keep documentation well filed
7. Maintain confidentiality of beneficiaries’ personal information
8. Maintain accurate record of hours worked and update attendance sheet accordingly

Qualifications and Experience needed:

1. Enumerates should have previous experience in data collection.
2. Experience working in the camp is an advantage.
3. Psychology background is an advantage.
4. Arrive on time and value it.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships with staff and other stakeholders
