Call Agent
We are a garage door company based in Florida, USA, providing repair, maintenance, and installation services. We are looking for Call Center Agents to join our team from Jordan
This is a full-time, work-from-home position, requiring 8 hours of work per day, 5 days a week.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Must have a computer or laptop to work from
- Quiet background at home
- Excellent internet connection
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide information about our services and pricing.
- Schedule appointments for customers with our technicians
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries and leads.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Achieve performance targets and goals set by the company.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
