Position Title: Restaurant Manager
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 25K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:
- Organize and supervise shifts for front of the house team following policies and protocols of restaurant operation
- Maintain restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it especially in training new and current employees regarding excellent customer service practices
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses

Qualifications:
- 40 years old and below
- Minimum 4 years’ experience on the same role related to healthy food concept restaurant
