HR & Admin Manager

Role Summary:

Industrial company in Sahab is looking for an ambitious HR & Admin Manager to oversee, develop and strengthen all HR & Admin functions in order to provide efficient and effective HR and Administration support, with special focus on effective recruitment, staff development and training.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Implement / maintain / update proper company policies and procedures, and providing HR solutions.
  • Improve the quality of performance management conducted by the line managers
  • Create recruitment plans, interview schedules and evaluation standards in accordance with HR methodologies and labour laws.
  • Manage and monitor internal HR systems and databases.
  • Manage on boarding, orientation and training for new employees.
  • Handle of matters related to Gov. rules and regulations.
  • Maintain effective employee relations.
  • Take responsibility for tasks and projects relating to HR activities.
  • Provide direction, guidance and support to HR & Admin staffs.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as Human Resources & Admin Manager.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, HR Management or relevant field.
  • Managerial skills.
  • Good knowledge of Employment and Labour law.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
