HR & Admin Manager
Role Summary:
Industrial company in Sahab is looking for an ambitious HR & Admin Manager to oversee, develop and strengthen all HR & Admin functions in order to provide efficient and effective HR and Administration support, with special focus on effective recruitment, staff development and training.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Implement / maintain / update proper company policies and procedures, and providing HR solutions.
- Improve the quality of performance management conducted by the line managers
- Create recruitment plans, interview schedules and evaluation standards in accordance with HR methodologies and labour laws.
- Manage and monitor internal HR systems and databases.
- Manage on boarding, orientation and training for new employees.
- Handle of matters related to Gov. rules and regulations.
- Maintain effective employee relations.
- Take responsibility for tasks and projects relating to HR activities.
- Provide direction, guidance and support to HR & Admin staffs.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as Human Resources & Admin Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, HR Management or relevant field.
- Managerial skills.
- Good knowledge of Employment and Labour law.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
