- Developing and implementing the company's financial strategy and ensuring its alignment with overall business objectives.
- Overseeing all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, and forecasting.
- Managing cash flow, investments, and risk management activities.
- Providing financial insights and analysis to inform business decisions.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Communicating financial information to internal and external stakeholders, including the Board of Directors and investors.
- Leading and developing a team of finance professionals.
المهارات
- Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA or CFA.
- At least 10 years UAE experience in finance and accounting roles, with progressively increasing responsibilities.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills.
- Experience in strategic planning and execution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and standards.
- Experience in managing relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions.
