Description
Draft all required correspondence (internal and external), memos, and meeting minutes as directed by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor to ensure that all matters are dealt with and act as a focal point for communication for the Deputy VC's office.Assist to prepare presentations (English & Arabic) and reports by typing up and formatting as required, ensuring documents are of the highest standards.Co-ordinate required information from internal & External divisions/entities to support the Vice Chancellor in the production of regular activity and progress reports.Responsible for complete diary, calendar, travel, and expense managementAct as the First Point of Contact for all guests and visitors to the Deputy VC's office and represent the office in the best manner.Liaise externally to arrange meetings and arrange for all resources required
Profile
The ideal candidate for the role:
Bachelor's Degree from a reputed organisation Native Arabic-speaking candidate with excellent English communication skills 5 – 7 years of executive support experience supporting the C suite has experience working with the public sector and understands protocols and policies Switched on personality and a positive The candidate needs to have UAE experience and needs to be based in UAE to be considered
