Job Title: Digital Delivery Coordinator
Job Summary: The Coordinator is responsible for managing the BIM process for projects. This includes coordinating with all members of the project team to ensure that BIM models are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to all parties involved in the project. The Coordinator will also be responsible for training and supporting project team members in the use of BIM authoring tools.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage the BIM process for projects, including creating and maintaining BIM models and coordinating with all project members to ensure that BIM models are accurate and up-to-date
– Train and support project team members in the use of BIM authoring tools
– Collaborate with members of all disciplines to ensure that BIM models are coordinated and that clashes are resolved
– Review and validate BIM models to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards
– Manage the distribution of BIM models to project stakeholders and ensure that all parties have access to the most current version of the models
– Participate in project meetings to report on the status of the BIM process and identify issues or concerns
– Develop and implement best practices for BIM modeling and coordination.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or related field
– Excellent experience with BIM authoring (e.g. Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, etc.)
– Strong communication and collaboration skills
– Excellent command of the English language
– Ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment
– Knowledge of construction project management principles and practices
– Strong problem-solving skills
– Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
