Trainee HR Officer

The contract will be only for 6 months for the position HR Officer.

  • Identifies and recommends reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.
  • Coordinates and leads the implementation of new HR initiatives, including training, development, recruiting, and other related programs.
  • Analyzes HR data to identify trends and patterns related to recruitment, hiring, employee performance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Identifies achievable short- and long-term goals and benchmarks for key performance metrics through rigorous data analysis and presents proposals to executive leadership.

  • Takes a results-oriented approach to problem-solving, identifying and addressing root causes to achieve success.
  • Proficiency in using HR-related software and tools, including Microsoft Office suite.
