As a Purchase Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

· Develop and implement purchasing strategies to ensure the availability of the latest mobile devices in our inventory.

· Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and identify new suppliers for potential business partnerships.

· Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure the best possible pricing and payment terms.

· Collaborate with the sales team to forecast demand and plan purchasing activities accordingly.

· Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality and delivery standards are met.

· Maintain and update records of all purchase orders, invoices, and supplier contracts.

· Track market trends and competitor activities to stay informed of the latest mobile devices and technologies.

· Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of ordered products.

· Regularly review and analyze inventory levels, and take necessary actions to optimize stock levels.

· Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to purchasing and procurement.

· Continuously seek opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency in the procurement process.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing, in the mobile phone industry or electronics wholesale.

3. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

5. Solid understanding of supply chain management principles and inventory control.

6. Knowledge of market trends and the latest mobile devices and technologies.

7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.

8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

10. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong attention to detail.

Extensive industry knowledge and supplier network: The candidate should have a deep understanding of the electronics wholesale market, including familiarity with major suppliers and manufacturers. They must also have experience in maintaining and expanding supplier networks, ensuring access to quality products at competitive prices.

Inventory management and demand forecasting: The candidate must be proficient in inventory management, including tracking stock levels, optimizing inventory turnover, and minimizing stock obsolescence. They should also have experience in accurately forecasting demand, enabling them to make informed purchasing decisions that prevent stockouts and overstocking.

Financial and data analysis skills: The candidate should be adept at analyzing financial data and market trends to identify potential cost-saving opportunities and ensure that purchasing decisions align with company budget requirements. They must be comfortable using data-driven insights to make strategic purchasing decisions.
