الوصف الوظيفي
Leads on support functions related to shipping, clearance, and other logistic requirements, and general business development functions.
Main responsibilities:
- Ensures that all procurements are done on a timely basis
- Responsible for tracking, receiving, and stocking all items ordered.
- Leads the document control functions, maintaining databases, customer relationship management to ensure documentation and easy data retrieval.
- Supports the operational functions, including inventory management, purchasing, supplier management, translation, contracting, and recordkeeping to perform proper operational functions.
- Liaises with other internal departments and stakeholders as required to perform the role.
- Prepares Commercial Invoice and Packing list against Purchase order or Proforma Invoice.
- Prepares payment requests and collects all needed documents to facilitate payment submission in coordination with Finance Department.
- Making sure that all shipment and inventory-related issues are resolved.

Job Requirements
- University Degree or equivalent in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement, or any other related field.
- Minimum of 2–3-year professional experience in procurement, shipping or logistics.
- Very good command in Arabic and English, both writing and speaking.
- Computer proficiency to perform related duties.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task & problem-solving.
- Must have excellent organizational and management skills.
