Job description
Veterinary Clinic Front Desk:
Responsibilities include:
scheduling appointments, answering Phone calls (approximately 100+ daily), setting up new clients and patients, preparing and maintenance of medical records, admitting and discharging patients, filling some prescriptions, over the counter and products sales, mailings, computer operation, financial transactions, Filling and front office and reception area maintenance.
Receptionists will assume the responsibility for acquiring the medical and legal information necessary for the performance of their duties and managing communications between different posts and sections.
- The applicant should have good conversational and reading skills in both Arabic and English languages.
- Able to work under pressure, as the clinic has a high client load.
- comfortable to work around animals even though the job will not require direct animal handling.
The expected salary will start from 350 to 450 JoD depending on experience and skills.
